Belly Binding Wrap

Description

This belly binding wrap is a pregnancy and postpartum Bengkung binder. Belly binding is the art of wrapping the womb with a muslin cloth to aid in mental, physical, and spiritual healing pre and post-birth. While the tradition of covering the belly can be found centuries before us in all nations, the art of Bengkung binding is traditionally a Malaysian practice. Binders can be worn in pregnancy to support the growing womb and relieve pressure or in postpartum to aid in the restoration of the belly and abdominal muscles and at the time of your moon cycle/ menstrual cycle/period. Each binder is hand made and dyed using organic fabric. Belly binding instructions are emailed to you.
