Cancellations & Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel services. 12-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a class. No-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of service.
Refunds: Services are non-refundable once rendered. Digital offerings (like e-books, workshops, or courses) are also non-refundable.
Informed Consent: By using our services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and take full responsibility for your health and outcomes.
4. Product Terms
All herbal products and wellness items are made with natural ingredients. Individual results may vary.

Storage & shelf life: Follow product instructions for safe use and storage.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or credit.
