Our Mission
At SubHerban Wellness Co., our mission is to provide integrative, holistic care that supports women and families through every stage of life.
We do this by offering movement classes, herbal medicine, holistic wellness services, and a curated wellness marketplace, while creating a space where healing, education, and community come together.

SubHerban Wellness Co. is going in-person with the launch of our new Studio in Northwest Houston. This space is designed to make holistic wellness more accessible, convenient, and supportive for you in every season of life.
We’re bringing everything under one roof so you can move your body in hot yoga, mat Pilates, or small-group reformer classes; see trusted holistic practitioners like chiropractors, massage therapists, and pelvic floor specialists; and explore a modern apothecary stocked with herbs, remedies, and handcrafted products from local, women-owned businesses.
Need a nourishing boost? Visit our herbal elixir bar for fresh, functional drinks with whole ingredients and supportive herbs.
Worried about childcare? We want to cover that too. On-site childcare means you can focus on your well-being without the stress.

Funding First
Accessing funding and grants to use for buildout, inventory and keeping us afloat to hire and launch.
Build Out
Creating a welcoming and intentionally designed wellness space. From the movement studios and apothecary shelves to the elixir bar and childcare room, every corner is being created to support women through all stages of life.
Opening Our Doors
