Join us for Unwind & Release, a 75-minute guided class focused on foam rolling and myofascial release, designed to unlock deep tension, increase mobility, and leave you feeling lighter (and maybe a little taller).
You’ll use props to target tight fascia, improve circulation, and reconnect with your body in a whole new way. Whether you’re a busy mom, a desk dweller, or an active mover, this class meets you where you are.
Props provided. Yoga mat recommended but not required. No experience needed, just come ready to let go.
